Role within MELISSA
In the EU-funded project MELISSA, IESE Business School plays a pivotal role in Work Package 5 (WP5), contributing its expertise to shape and enhance the project’s strategic direction. Specifically, IESE is responsible for:
- Conducting a needs assessment to identify key requirements, defining the value proposition, and developing the workflow and care path essential for project implementation.
- Addressing regulatory issues and overseeing IP management to ensure compliance and safeguard intellectual property.
- Performing an economic analysis to evaluate the project’s financial viability and sustainability.
- Leading the redesign of workflows and care processes to optimize efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Developing a comprehensive business concept, including an exploitation plan and a go-to-market strategy to support MELISSA’s long-term impact and market adoption.
